Delivery

Despatch Times:  We aim to despatch all orders within 24hrs (When possible, the same day). Orders placed Friday to Sunday are despatched on Mondays excluding Bank holidays.

Our Courier Partners: We work with Evri, UK Mail (DHL) and DPD.

Courier Delivery Services:

• Evri or DHL – Standard Delivery
• DPD – Express Delivery

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are applied at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address. Our pricing is calculated by the total weight of your order.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email including your tracking details.

Delivery Problems: If you are having a problem with your delivery or it has not arrived on time please contact us at prettypots@akkin.co.uk and we will contact the courier to locate your order or fix any delivery issues. Each of our courier partners supply us with a proof of delivery image so that we have it to hand to help our customers.
